2017 REAF Artist Information: Hand Delivery Instructions

Works must be labeled with title, artist’s name and price. We highly recommend that you transport your work in a suitable box with bubble wrap. You may take the packaging home with you or leave it in our secure storage room.

Delivery Dates/Times

Hand-deliveries will be accepted on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 12 to 8 pm at the Radisson Riverside Hotel, 120 E. Main St., Rochester NY. Discounted parking passes ($4) will be available at check-in. Go to the second floor and follow the signs.

The Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to any pieces submitted; however, utmost care will be given to pieces received, including round-the-clock security. Late or damaged work may not be exhibited.

Pick-Up Dates/Times

Hand-delivered work may be picked up on Saturday, April 22, from 6-7 pm, or Sunday, April 23 from 12-4 pm. Work may not be picked up before the closing of the exhibition. We will return any packaging you left with us, and provide table space for you to pack your work.

Required Paperwork – FESTIVAL STORE ONLY – Be sure to include the following in your package!

1) Inventory of art

2) Liability Statement (download here)

3) A Festival Store Tag must be filled out and attached to the back of each piece of work offered for sale in the store.
