Artists are responsible for all shipping costs, to and from the show. You may wish to consult multiple carriers for the best rate. Large packages can be costly to ship.
Plan your shipment date carefully. Work may arrive at the hotel the week of April 17, and no later than Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Email Rauncie if you need to make special arrangements regarding the shipping date. Keep a copy of your tracking number!

Shipped works will be packaged and ready for shipment by April 24, 2017.
You must pay the return shipping for work that doesn't sell. Work will be shipped back by the same carrier that delivered it to us. Choose a payment method:
Preferred method: Open an account with your shipper and fill in your Account Number on the Return Shipping Label. Your account will be charged for the exact shipping amount. Artists using this method will have their packages processed first!
Fill in the Credit Card information on the Return Shipping Label. Your card will be charged for the exact shipping amount when the package is sent.
We will e-mail your tracking number to you when your package is shipped.
If you want insurance for the return shipment, please fill in the insurance section of the Return Shipping Label and make a note on the Return Shipping Instructions. Be sure to insure your work for its full value. In the event that you need to file a claim for damages, they will consider the asking price for the work, but are limited to payment up to the amount that the work is insured for.
If your art is returned to you in damaged condition, you must contact Susie immediately. You will receive a claim form to fill out, and will need to provide additional documentation, including proof of value and repair/replacement cost.
Do NOT discard packaging - an inspection may be required! Packaging must meet shipper's guidelines in order to qualify for reimbursement.
