Vending at the 2019 Erotic Arts Festival - Our 10th Anniversary!

Vendor tables and booths are now available for the Rochester Erotic Arts Festival on April 26-27, 2019 at the Rochester Riverside Hotel (formerly Radisson Riverside). Upon receiving your application, we will send you instructions for making payment. Your space is not reserved until payment is received!

Grand Ballroom and Mezzanine

Vendors in the Grand Ballroom will be open Friday 6:30-12 pm and Saturday 11:30-5 pm. Stage performances will be scheduled every hour on the hour for up to 30 minutes, followed by background music. The Grand Ballroom will be locked at 12 midnight on Friday.

The Mezzanine will be open to the public until 1 am on Friday night. You may pack your items in tubs under the tables or cover your tables with sheets at 12 midnight, OR stay open until 1 am. The Mezzanine will have a security guard on duty overnight Friday.

Mezzanine booths on the Grand Ballroom wall or in the center of the room will close at 5 pm on Saturday. The four booths on the Lounge wall will stay open on Saturday until 8 pm.

Riverside Bar/Lounge

Vendors in the Riverside Bar/Lounge will be open Friday 6:30-12 pm and Saturday 11:30-8 pm. The bar and food concessions are located in this room. You may pack your items in tubs under the tables or cover your tables with a cloth at 12 midnight on Friday. A guard will be on duty from midnight to 1 am, and then the room will be locked overnight.

BOOTH: 8x10 space with table and 2 passes $170
DOUBLE BOOTH: 8x20 space with 2 tables and 2 passes $285

Your table is not reserved until you are approved and payment is received! 


All vending tables and booths include:

  • eight foot table with tablecloth
  • 2 chairs
  • electricity
  • wireless internet access
  • 2 (2-day) passes to the festival
  • listing in our program
  • your logo on our web site with a link to your web site
  • meals available onsite
  • discounted room rate at hotel


Set-up will take place on Friday from 2-5 pm. Vendors must keep their table staffed throughout the listed vending hours. We encourage vendors to pack their merchandise in boxes under the table or cover the table with a cloth when they are not there. The Grand Ballroom and Riverside Bar/Lounge will be locked overnight. The Mezzanine will have a security guard on duty overnight. (See details above.)

We can provide staff to man your table for a 15 minute break Saturday afternoon (sign-up during set up).
